Short intro: Canon AT-1 belogs to the famous A Family of Canon built from December 1977 to the 1980s. It is a single lens cam using 35mm film. This cam was built for export and it is a version of the popular AE-1. The AT-1 is the high technology standard bearer of the landmark Canon amateur level A-series SLRs. The 1970s and 1980s were an era of intense competition among the major SLR brands: Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus and Minolta. The Canon AT-1 was produced in large quantity and many of than are still in regular use.
